After every job we give our customers the opportunity to have a final say and rate our service via our online feedback form. Better still, we publish the aggregate results for all our customers and site visitors to see.
We ask our customers to rate us according to the following scale:
- 1. Poor, 2. Below Average, 3. Average, 4. Above Average & 5. Excellent.

What About Our Pricing?
We ask our customers to describe our pricing - from downright cheap through to expensive. 78% of all customers describe our pricing as being from average through to cheap.
Do We Please Everyone, All The Time?
No. We're human and occasionally we don't meet everyone's expectations. However, as our business is based on loyalty and referrals, we do aim to please as many people as we can, as often as possible.
