- Can I use a kit and apply the coating myself?

- Is it necessary to clean the glass once coated?
It is an easy-to-clean, not a never-to-clean surface coating, however use of aggressive cleaning agents is no longer necessary.
- How often should I clean the shower/pool glass once coated?
Depending on how hard the water is (degree of contaminants in the water) we generally recommend a quick squeegee after every use, although a quick clean once a week may suffice.
- Will the glass look different when coated?
No, the coating is only a few nanometres thick, and is transparent, thus it does not change the appearance of the surface. It does reduce the surface tension, making the glass feel smoother to touch.
- How long will the coating last?
Accelerated testing, that simulated cleaning a shower screen over a 10 year period, revealed that after this time there was minimal to no change to the molecular structure.
