"There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider price only are this man's lawful prey." John Ruskin.
In a nutshell.....Our aim is to build a brand known for delivering what we promise, a high quality, high value service, delivered by intelligent people. We're not a low cost provider...the race to the bottom is hardly one that creates an environment conducive to meeting everyone's needs. The client rarely wins, the people who provide the service surely don't, and the business can only win that game for a short period of time.
Our business is built on trust. Trust takes time to build. It comes with consistently delivering what's promised and charging prices that are fair to everyone. Our mandate is to ensure you want us back time and again.
Giving you good value for money. That's all there is to it. From the moment your service is booked to when we leave your premise we must conduct yourself with the highest standard of professionalism. We must provide our service at the highest level of skill and efficiency. Corners can never be cut, and the result can never be left to question.
The truth is that you'll never thank us for just being polite, professional, quick, tidy, responsive etc if you're not happy with the results. In the end you don't want to pay us for simply being nice guys...you want great service and great results, delivered on time and within your budget. We know.
From our customers to staff, right through to our bottom line we know that happy customers return, happy staff are loyal and committed, and we as business owners are increasingly enthusiastic about the difference we make to others. Sure we don't please everyone all the time, but we aim to please most of the people most of the time.
This business is driven by one factor - lot's of customers. Long term relationships come a far second to simple volume. You become a transaction, customer number 1456 in a long list of transactions.
There's only one measure here - you perceiving that you saved a few dollars. How does the business achieve that? It cuts cost wherever it can. It has to, to make it viable - lesser equipment, less skilled employees, corners cut, less communication ....wherever costs can be reduced. Someone has to pay the price of cheap service.
Even simple niceties take time. And for a business like Average-Joe's, time means one thing - money. Every detail costs time so this business is constantly looking for ways to get in and out faster and cheaper...to squeeze the most profit out of your job and get on to the the next one.
There's at least someone here who's happy - the one making the most money. As for customers and staff, well this tends to be a revolving door of chance, with lot's of promises not met and corners cut. In short, there's less people who care in this model. They are just doing it for the money - customers wanting to pay the least and the business wanting to make the most.
