- How long will it take?
Depending on the size of the property the complete service can take anywhere from 1-4 hours. At the time of your quote we will give you an estimate of the timeframe involved.
- What if it rains?
Climbing on ladders and roofs when it's raining is a safety hazard, so in the case of heavy rain or ongoing drizzle we will need to re-schedule your gutter cleaning for a mutually convenient time.
- Why do you flush the downpipes?
Most gutter cleaners simply blow all of the leaf matter away from the gutters, leaving the natural buildup of leaves in the downpipes. This is the area that causes overflow issues so we always inspect and flush the relevant downpipes to ensure your gutters are as free of blockages as possible.
- Do you repair gutters?
No, only authorised roof plumbers can repair damaged gutters and unblock severe blockages. We can certainly do minor repairs such as applying silicone to joins etc as an interim measure only.
- What payment methods do you accept?
